Tomato "Black Heart of America".
Gothic beauty with a Siberian character. A sugary giant for cold nights.
This is a rare Heirloom variety that breaks stereotypes. Usually, exotic black tomatoes are capricious, but this "American" has undergone harsh adaptation in Siberia. It combines the refined taste of southern fruits with amazing endurance to temperature fluctuations.

Taste and Aesthetics:
Fruits: Huge (300-750 g), heart-shaped, deep dark brown, almost chocolate colour with a garnet tint.
Flesh: Dark, buttery, and "meaty" (very few seeds).
Flavor: This is a dessert tomato. It is not sour, but sweet and aromatic, with noble fruit notes reminiscent of fine wine.

Agrotechnics and Characteristics:
Indeterminate variety (tall, up to 1.8 m), but quite compact and medium-foliaged.
Timing: Mid-season (100-110 days). The first cluster is formed very low — above the 5-6th leaf, which guarantees an early start to the harvest.
Endurance: The variety is specially adapted for risky farming zones. It sets fruit perfectly even in cool summers.
Yield: High — up to 10-12 kg/m².
Tip: Due to the heaviness of the fruits, the clusters require mandatory tying support, otherwise, they may break under the weight of the "black hearts".

Good to know:
The dark colour of tomatoes is due to the presence of anthocyanins — powerful antioxidants. They slow down the aging process and strengthen the immune system and heart. Therefore, "Black Heart" is not just food, but delicious medicine.

Heirloom tomato, Non-hybrid, Untreated, Non GMO.
